Major pros -Laptop came in new condition, although refurbished -Has a touchscreen monitor -Backlit keyboard -Lightweight -Good battery life -Free upgrade to Windows 10 -Nice monitor display -Fast functioning with i5 core Major cons -Keyboard is a bit sticky (Keys are hard to press and sometimes doesn't pick up symbol or letter) -Too much advertisement on Windows Startup menu -Hot keys didn't work, had to install driver -Had to uninstall a lot of unwanted programs -Search bar automatically takes you to Bing and doesn't search your actual computer For the in between the laptop has decent audio and didn't come with Microsoft Word. It seems that it's physical attributes outweigh the technological ones. I had to do a lot of reprogramming to get the backlight bright enough, fix the hot keys, remove Bing, clear the startup menu, and change small functions. Overall a good computer for school and work, easy to take to coffee shops and gets the job done.Read full review

Nice but flimsy. All reviews were great, and the laptop works flawlessly and as stated in other reviews I read... and then I dropped it. Even though it was inside a protective sleeve, which was inside my bag, the hinge broke when the bag dropped from about 4 ft. No warranty coverage for that, and the computer became difficult to use because it would not remain open at a useable angle. It cost about 100 bucks to fix it.
