This is a great eyeliner but for some reason after a week, the tip broke off and nowhere to be found. I dug out what was left on the pencil, then a week later the tip showed up again. It must have gotten stuck in the lid. Tried to make it stick back to pencil but was too soft to manipulate. I wouldn't have been so disappointed if it had not cost way more than most liners. Hoping the packaging can be improved. Probably won't buy another without that improvement.
