I bought this without OS and with only 4 GB DRAM. I added Windows 10 Pro, 32 GB of RAM and a SanDisk SSD. Now it is perfectly quiet and really powerful. The T1700 SFF works perfectly as a monitor base and has plenty of USB ports. Between the Intel 4600 on-board GPU and the tiny Nvidia K-900, it handles two monitors very nicely. It's not really set up for gaming, however. I use it for work, so I love it.
