Installing this battery solved my issues! My Axon 7 is now 3 years old, and the battery that came with it from the factory was losing charges quickly. It would get to about 30% and then the phone would shut off. The battery would also heat up when charging on the fast charger. This new battery is great. It accepts fast charging and now my charge lasts at least a whole day before it needs to be charged, even with heavy use (videos etc.). The phone is a lot faster as well and I have more reception bars. There are videos on YouTube on how to replace the battery. Anybody with even the slightest mechanical skills and a decent cell phone tool kit should be able to replace the battery if they take their time and be careful.

Here I'll be talking about my personal experience with my ZTE Axon 7U . This battery (or at least the one I received) is original. The OEM ZTE logos have been removed from the battery. I compared it side to side to the original and I've confirmed it's authenticity. It is compatible with Quick Charging 3.0, which was one of my major worries. I tested the battery and it is at 100% health so it is new. The original battery of the Axon 7 is 3100mAh and this one is ~3240mAh so it is a bit of an upgrade. It's been a week of constant use and it has hold it's charge perfectly. Installing it's a bit tricky for those who are not familiar with phones, but it only took me a screwdriver, a heatgun, a guitar pick, a bit of silicone or adhesive and 8-12 minutes.
