Did you know that the salt and "sea salt" you buy in the grocery store is bleached? Look it up. Table salt is so processed that it almost is not salt anymore. I have been using this gray Celtic Sea Salt for years now. It is the best. This 1 lb. bag lasts me for around a year-and-a-half. Celtic Salt has been a processed in a 3rd generation family owned business.... They only thing to know is that I would recommend letting it dry out before using for it's moisture content....
