Truly love this product. Very easy to assemble. Easy to attach on your windshield. Simply attach the clear suction cup, apply a little pressure and then push down the black lever. Which you now have created a vacuum and now the clear suction cup is attached to your windshield. Now that you have done that, adjusting the flexible black rubber arm makes it possible for you to position wherever you need it to be so as to have the best angle for your cellphone but you can also rotate your cellphone 360° degrees!! So whether you want your cellphone horizontal, vertical, or diagonal there is for the most part no limit to the various positions you can have available to you. At first I was unsure if this would hold my particular cellphone and case. In the past it was either the cellphone on the car holder by itself or it was my cellphone in the case that was barely holding on and the slightest movement would shake it loss. I wasn’t able to find a Car Cellphone Holder that could hold my particular cellphone and case at the same time… until now. With this Cellphone Holder you will have no problem what so ever of holding any cellphone or any cellphone that is in a case!! There is a massive clip that you can open which is as simple as opening a hair clip. If you can open a Hair Clip, then you can easily use this Universal Car Cellphone Holder. And what’s nice is the Clip has rubber grips so when it Clips down, it holds firmly but not aggressively and not leaving any marks on your cellphone when you remove it and clip it on. The usability of this Universal Car Cellphone Holder on all windshields might be limited depending on the angle of the windshield and also the size of their windshield. But I would say with all the features it has available. If you just want to watch video's or use the GPS while driving, this product is actually fine. But unfortunately for what I need and the way I use a phone mount this product is a loser in my book, just because I record videos as a YouTube creator and this mounts design leaves way too much play and no support. That means a lot of shaking which is definitely not good when recording. I know the way it was designed was to make it easily adjustable so you can move it around freely, but the downside of all that flexibility in the neck is very flimsy support. So if you are just looking for something to hold your phone for basic accessibility,it's fine to save some money and purchase this item. But if you are planning on recording, go with a more stable support neck.

This is a a good phone mount; has cradle feet on bottom which is very important. Very happy with it, using it every day. I had one without the bottom feet and the phone kept falling out. This is the best design; I like the adjustment that allows it to squeeze the phone tightly. Suction cup works fine and the bracket stays in any position I adjust it to.
