Give a fairly nice cleaning, just get up in there but no harsh scrubbing required..Its a cleanser and leaves skin soft and moisturized after use. Ad usual use with a weekly scurb, weekly or bi weekly mask, a day cream/moisturizer ,night cream/moisturizer , or all around cream/moisturizer.
