The bucket works as expected but the mop head lost a few strings the very first time I used to mop our brand new floors. A little disappointing.

Love it because I don't have to touch the mop. Spin basket is great as I have a problem twisting a regular mop. This is my second order. I used the first one for about two years and the plastic that holds the mop head started to crack and wouldn't hold the mop on tight. The mop bucket quit spinning when I pushed the foot pedal, I still would recommend the product as it does a good job.

It is the best mop system I have ever use. There is a problem with the foot feed on bucket. It breaks down after awhile. I have had eight so far (two where gifts) and all have done something after awhile. Over all great system.
