When compared to refurbished, used or even brand new Pro consoles this one beats everything that I searched for. For under 300 I got this device right on time brand new in the box. As of this moment it's working great and I hope it will last me longer than the last one that I had.

DEFECTS PS4 PRO NEWEGG WOULD NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY, NEED TO ASK SUPPORT FROM SONY MYSELF
After one day of using the new PS4 Pro, the machine started to output error messages, CE-34878-0. It first appears in the including FARCRY5 and GOD of War Remastered for once. Then it appears in the NBA 2k18 every time the game runs for about 5s – 6s. I have try different methods, including update the game, reinstall the game three times, update and fully formatting the ps4 pro two times. All the attempts return to the same error message, CE-34878-0. I emailed and called newegg , they respond to me they will not offer any replacement for the defect item and tell me to connect SONY directly. Terrible experience. Lack of responsibility! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM NEWEGG!

A real pro
Very glad I bought the pro, runs intensive games buttery smooth. Usually a pc gamer, picked up the ps4 to play the exclusives and the pro crushes it every time I fire it up. Some games come with an option menu when firing them up using the pro asking if I want the system to prioritize frame rate, graphics or resolution. Very cool feature for the different types of gamers.

Couldn't be happier!
The console and all components were packaged very carefully. The console is in great condition visibly- looks brand new- and works just as well. The controller is in equally great condition. Super thrilled with this purchase. Will be putting in many hours on this playstation for sure!

Living in a rural area with no reliable internet, the PS4 PRO was the only logical choice. Almost all games can be played with zero internet connection no problem. Updates are required for some but it's no big deal to download the updates overnight. With a 4k UHD tv and settings optimized this unit really blows away the older XBOX 360 by a large margin.
