I’ve been recommended to get a much more expensive brand and model of mop, but had never used a steam mop; I didn’t want to spend a couple hundred dollars for a product with which I had absolutely no experience. This seemed like a great mop to start with—and it is—but I will definitely upgrade to a different mop at some point. But for now, this is great.

This is a great steam mop, it does a fantastic job on wood floors and tile floors. It is a big time saver and sanitizes as well as cleans. My wife says it is so much easier than using a mop and bucket, she does not have the strength to wring a large mop out any longer and it was frustrating for her. Now all she does is fill up the water tank and attach a clean mop head, I move the furniture around for her and use out home vacuum system to vacuum the floors ahead of her. She can finish a room in less time than I can vacuum it.

Sturdy construction, easy to fill with water, operating requires frequent pushing of handle to produce steam. (Maybe a little tiring for people who have physical difficulties) and does a good job. Fairly heavy for floor mop but as I mentioned sturdy construction. I did have a similar mop a few rears ago and the handle broke due to the pumping action to generate steam
