Fits Yamaha Banshee and Blasters. Installs a standard Mikuni idle adjuster into the carburetor body. Necessary if carburetor top has been replaced with a standard Mikuni cap. Kit includes a drill bit, taper thread tap, 2 idle screws with lock nuts and instructions.

Tap was cheap and broke off inside the carb
One of the petals of the tap broke off when I tried backing it out. I tried working it back and forth to free it up but eventually the tap broke all the way off getting stuck inside my carb. Took it to a machine shop to see if they could get it out and save the carb but it would be too enlarged to re thread. Now I need a new carb because of a cheap Chinese made tap. I've used similar kits in the past with good results. I tried contacting motion pro about the issue but no response in a week. Buy a different kit.

Easy install idle screw
Used cordless drill with 2-stoke oil on bit and steady hand, same on thread tap. Easy install. File more than 3/4 inch for more adjustment. I would use this product again.

Not bad..
The drill bit is wider than the screws. Soon the bolts will be slack in the carburetor. I had to use a drill two sizes down to make the holes.
