I was looking for some reasonably priced, nice;y detailed HO Scale construction vehicles for a diorama. Ran across the Diecast Masters line and ordered two items. The CAT 627G Scarper is a heavy scale model. It is detailed and is fairly large for HO, but not out of scale. These scarper-tractors are big construction vehicles I have not measured the model, but it looks good. Paint might be a little thick and finish is very shiny. Item is packed in foam inside a durable metal container. This a good buy and a very collectible item. Put several of these beauties in a small sand box on your desk. The boss will be impressed and you will have something to do at work besides web surfacing.

Very nicely done, especially for a small scale model. I collect in 1/87 to stay in scale with my HO trains. The maker pays attention to detail and paint and it all comes together well. I really like the metal box it arrives in - a nice touch!
