Good Product
The only thing I believe needs improvement is the back clip that holds the bowl steady. It's in an awkward spot and so strong, you need a screwdriver to reach back there to release it. One other critique, the switch is finicky. Works...but you have to turn it on a few times to get it to catch. Sidebar....this is the 6 amp motor. If you can get a stronger motor I highly suggest it. It does the job, but strains on thick dough's

This product is solid. Its great capacity stainless steel bowl and strong motor help you to work faster in the kitchen by allowing you to prepare double and sometimes triple batches.The splash guard is a cool feature to keep ingredients inside while mixing. This is an excellent addition to your kitchen. Everyone should have one.

SERIOUS kitchen device!
This mixer is "old school" heavy duty, a well-made, quality product that actually DOES what it is supposed to do. I don't dish out compliments about a product unless they are EARNED, and this machine rates five big honkin' stars! The "dough hook" ran strong & solid for 20 minutes of kneading (RIDICULOUSLY tedious by hand), and turned cheap, basic, ingredients into a perfect, uniform, dough ball that became hearty, delicious, hot bread. This was on my first try, by a guy who is a "newbie" to baking. I may be new to baking, but I recognize a quality machine when I see one. Makes it cheap & easy to impress your friends & family with your newfound culinary abilities!
