I would recommend this this is a very high-quality energy powder mix drink. The blue raspberry is very good but a bit sweet kind a like Kool-Aid lol. After you take a couple sips and after a few minutes you will feel a boost. Cellucor is the best brand most likely. It’s not lying when it Says america’s number one brand this actually works no lie!
I felt the same after taking it. I get more with a can of Monster before my workout then C4 Sport. I tried several other pre-workout powders and what worked for me was Vintage, but they're inconsistent. You'll get good batch one day then a weak batch the next. The most recent, before C4 was WOKE AF, however very pricey. I guess you get what you pay for and I didn't pay a lot to know C4 Sport is not for me.
So I should start this by saying my heart is sensitive to some stimulants. It can skip a beat if it’s got too much going on, and it hurts when it races. This is the first pre workout that doesn’t make my heart hurt, and it gives me the right amount of energy. I’ve only been too energetic once in this, but I attribute that to myself having an amazing day that day. I’m able to push through the initial pain during my workout, and I can see the difference in my attitude and waistline. It’s pretty affordable, I found it at Walgreens for $20, and it tastes like cotton candy! I’m about out, so it’s time to go restock up. Perfect for those with sensitive hearts/beginners to working ou
I like their blend of vitamins and energy components. I don't always use it for pre workout but it also helps me to get through tough work days with no crash and no jitters.
