Needed to see how Sony has failed with this design.
Sony has tried to shoehorn its users into being pure consumers. There are numerous things that they could have done to make the system more useful to developers. They have magnified the battery problem by making the keyboard separate from the processor and the processor is not upgradable in the field. Really disapointed in Sony and the Vaio name. They were much more useful when they could be enhanced.

Nice back-up.
I've had one for 3 years. Cooling fan failed. wouldn't boot up, so bought this one to replace it. Old one started booting up, so this one is a back-up. Great tablet.
