I love the size of my iPad air with the 9.7" screen. It arrived in it's Apple box. Very nicely packaged. The iPad has a retina screen which makes it really nice for reading, surfing the web or playing a game. With the 128 gb memory there is plenty of room for pictures (photos are absolutely beautiful) taking notes, documents, or simply just playing with it. One thing that is great is the icons are the same as on my MacBook pro. It was so easy to get started and use right away. Finally, it weighs only one pound, easy to hold.

The product while considerably thin and light. The right side tends to heat up quickly. A few “solutions” did not resolve this heating problem. Google informs me that it is a common condition. Since it is a few years back, the longevity of the device is concerning.

I got tremendous value because I ordered in ebay and the deal I found had not only the iPad but also two cases, one of which is at least $60. It also came with an already installed Zagg or high quality screen protector. What's unfortunate though is the camera is the quality I was hoping for as I've seen commercials or ads highlighting the camera quality and specs which were underwhelming and slightly poor in my opinion. What's really an issue is the amount of lag I experience, specifically with Youtube and the native Internet application. Perhaps it's an IOS 9 issue...

The used iPad Air 2 I bought was practically brand new and I got it for $50-$100 less than similar used iPads. The iPad was actually better in person than in pictures since the two scratches the post said it had were nonexistent if anything other than smudges. The iPad Air 2 feels great and works fast enough you don't mind it not being the newest model
