I am a long time fan of Taylor Caldwell and have enjoyed her books for many years. Jess Stearns was also a very good writer whom I read long ago when he wrote about Edgar Cayce. It is a very interesting book in that Taylor Caldwell was such a akeptic on the subject of reincarnation during the hypnosis and regression sessions held while the book was written. She even writes about her beliefs as an afterword in the back of the book. There have been several respected Doctor's and Surgeons whom have read her books and duly stated that her knowledge of medicine and surgical procedures as well as the emotional side of what the physician feels could only come from someone of many years of experience. And yet she had no medical training or background, yet she captured certain nuances of the profession as it would have been during the era of the books she has written on the subject. From St. Paul in Biblical times to Aspasia during the time of Pericles. Did it convert me in to believing in reincarnation?
