This is supposed to be an open box, product and it may be, but I don’t think it’s ever been out of the box. It is brand new not any sign use or even being touched. The item works just like my new controller.

Amazing
This controller not only replaces the ps4 controller that randomly died on me one day, they are a step ahead and above and beyond the ps4 controller I had. I am able to use and pair this to pc so easily and it knows what it is. It's firmware is picked up by steam and I'm able to update it via usb c It holds its charge all session, playing games! I bought some type c port savers and it's basically really close to splashproof because of it now the sticks are more responsive than my PS4 controller, while looking through ways I can use it in DS4Windows (A program meant to rebind the controller that runs in the background of my pc) and there aren't any deadzones unless I make them myself.

Great controller!
This is my favorite controller besides my customizable one. I’ve used all of the controller including scuf. I’ll take these over a scuf. I would put this on aim level of durability. Might even be ordering another soon, just in case one dies.

Easy to remap, back buttons feel good and they actually feel better than my modded zone controller back buttons! Hindsight. I bought the warranty just in case, since we've already had a ps5 controller fail. Better to be safe! Overall very happy!
