I'm a senior, so I really like that it is soooooo lightweight. I also can type better then I could on my HP, which I was constantly having to backtrack to fix mistyped letters. I was going through HP'S to often. Mainly keyboard problems, and wireless connection problems. So thought I better 'bite the bullet', and get a good laptop. I'm a member of Consumer Reports, and they rated this the #1... 17" laptop. It also was sooooo easy to setup. Transferred all my photo's and everything. I'm satisfied. Just ordered a keyboard cover (that you can type on), as don't want to take any chances with the keyboard, as I'm on my laptop all day..

A friend recommended the LG Gram 17”. I love it. Light weight, fast and battery last all day with normal use. My only complaint is the speakers are not very good. But I would recommend this product.

I do tend to keep my laptops a long time, so I'm comparing it to an old laptop, but the thing hardly weighs anything and is so fast - 3 seconds to boot, and then I login (using Linux so the fingerprint sensor doesn't work) and then a couple seconds later, I'm browsing the web. And really long battery life.

fairly outstanding 17" portable. Only minor complaint is the power cable which is still an old school connect
