The phone works well. It's very thin, so I needed a case, otherwise I'd probably drop it. One negative I've found is the Night Mode on the camera. It works OK, but you have to hold the phone still for several seconds while the camera takes the shot. I read that the camera actually takes multiple exposures and then combines them somehow. So the Night Mode is not suitable for quick shots. Furthermore, my old Canon snapshot camera takes much better low-light photos than the phone, but maybe that's not a good comparison. Also, the resolution settings for the camera are very limited. If you want 4X3, there are only two resolutions available. One is 4032X3024, and the other is 9248X6936. The higher resolution definitely gives better photos, but the file size can be quite large (25 MByte is not unusual). So that resolution takes up a lot more memory and is not well-suited for emailing or texting. I take hundred or even thousands on a two-week vacation. So my solution to the memory issue is to always use the higher resolution and add an SD card to give me enough memory. Since I archive my photos on my PC and I don't need the higher resolution, I unload the photos off the phone onto the PC and them reduce the size if I want to share them all online. But other than the camera disadvantages, I'm happy with the phone. Read full review

Nice phone. Slim, easy to handle. Speedy and long battery life with good quick charge time. However, the back glass cracks very easily. One drop from about 3 ft on a wood floor and the back shattered. Needs a rugged case. To bad Samsung doesn't offer an "active" version any more. I had a S8 active and it was like a tank for 3-1/2 years.

Though this, Galaxy S 20 plus, is a prior model from current generation phone, Galaxy S21, I would say it was a good deal from Microsoft store. My wife and I last used Galaxy S 9 plus, Galaxy S 8, and Galaxy S 6. Compared to those phone, this has more memory and speed, obviously. Additionally, I like it because Galaxy S 20 has 5G connection, which makes web browsing and downloading a lot faster. The screen size is not that much bigger from last phone. The only complaint is that with more memory, speed and camera zoom, the less gizmo this thing has on the phone. The last phone at least had sensors to take heart beat and the Galaxy S 6 had infared to act as remote for the television.

Great phone. Quick and easy to use. Large speaker system and graphics are pretty good. Camera is detailed yet blurs a bit. Screen size I don't believe matches up to description, especially compared with a few other phone brands. I prefer the OnePlus series. Also, Samsung wants all their phone users to be a part of their cult and buy everything Samsung

Upgrading from an LG G5, this phone is very fast, due to the Snapdragron 865 CPU and 12GB of RAM. It's feature packed, and unlike the current S21, the S20 has expandable storage via a MicroSD Card and better screen resolution. My phone was factory unlocked, only needing a sim card from my carrier (T-mobile). Very happy with my new phone so far.
