Tart Colored Clay CC Undereye Corrector is the best product I know of for my dark circles. My circles started when I had several sinus infections in a row. They turned a noticeable dark purple tone. After trying every drug store concealer, I tried IT Cosmetics with one of their consultants in a retail store and she said I was one of the first clients their products can not help. She handed me off to another make up consultant and this Tarte concealed was one of many we tried and I was pleased with the result. When I pat it on my lower, inner corner, and eye lid area, then blend with a contour brush, and follow with my regular foundation and powder, the results are not flawless, but by far the best inprovement I have seen from a concealing product. If there's anything better out there I'd love to know. Until then, I will continue using this product. It is thick without caking and keeps the dark circles covered. It does require reapplication if I apply in the morning and I am going into the evening, but it can be reapplied over the existing layer of makeup without creasing or caking.Read full review
