Radio is of a small size with clock radio. Design allows for easier time/alarm set than I've found on some other clock radios. Issues i have with design and display is that the dial panel is not lit, so it is difficult seeing where you are at as you search for stations at night.....without a light on. Setting the sleep time you are limited to having the radio play for a minimum of 59 minutes before the radio shuts off after you are asleep and there is no treble/base set. So you also get a rather tinny sound.

Great gift alarm clock for someone who needs raised buttons to shut off his alarm in the morning. I have an even older version of this one which still works excellent. It is simple to use, the radio quality is just what is needed for alarm and alarm tone is not that annoying. Setting up was easy and included were the original instructions, which surprisingly were in large enough font to read. No it doesn't have USB capability, but that is not what I was looking for here. Just a good quality alarm clock that is easy to figure out and shut off. LOL.
