Terrible preservatives!!!!! Don't eat it or you'll regret it later!! Had instant noodles in elementary school few times, then moved across the pacific ocean to soCal, didn't eat it until after college, maybe less than 30times? In my mid 20s ate those cup o noodles and boom, couldn't get out of bed, entire body heavy laden without reasons? It was TBHQ!!! Now ate just a couple, my throat had severe reactions, in pain and body aches too!! TBHQ should be banned, watch out in other processed foods!! FDA didn't do a good job approving murder drugs!!!!!
