If you have Dry Eye, this is the product you're missing
If you have dry eye and need more than eye drops, you will likely benefit from fish oil. But if you use fish oil caplets, much of the oil is wasted while the caplets dissolve. The best fish oil is liquid that you swish through your mouth to maximize absorption before swallowing. You also need to use the best and cleanest fish oil available. Well folks, this is it. I have eye plugs and use drops several times a day to combat Sjogrens Syndrome. But if I forget my fish oil, I know it from painful eyes. After years of fish oil use, I recommend Carlsons. It is not the cheapest out there, but with fish oil, you get what you pay for. So thank you Carlsons for giving me "thicker tears". You are protecting my corneas not to mention my heart.
