Broken out of the box
I got this charge controller on the recommendation of a youtube channel I watch. Unfortunately, my experience has been abysmal. Between one of the terminal connectors for the + Battery coming cross threaded so I had to disassemble the unit to remove/replace and the temperature sensor 2-pin terminal block was not locking into the plug and repeatedly fell out, I am very disappointed. The presentation is excellent, but that counts for nothing if the unit itself doesn't function as advertised.

Save a few dollars and you get poor tech support in my individual case
20 MPPT Controller Temp sensor is not registering temp from thermocouple. Tech support was horrible, do not think the tech knew what a thermocouple was. After three days with Rich Solar tech support I ordered a new remote temp sensor cable from Renogy and it is on the way.

This controller is by far one of the best controllers out there, did some research and found this controller to be one of the top 10 controllers out there on the market for the money. The one thing among many is that the lugs where the wires are connected into the controller, are easily large enough to insert #8 gauge wire without stripping back any of the wire just to insert and make a great connection.
