Plugs are True Motorcraft parts. Since they went into a 5.4 L Ford engine the original plugs are more difficult to remove. I added Seafoam to gas tank. Repeated twice. Then I added a bottle of Seafoam directly into throttle body to help remove any carbon build up on plug body. I warmed up engine. Shut off and removed all eight ignition coil units. I then loosened each plug 1/8 turn slowly going back to tighten it and loosen it. Once loosened by 1/4 turn I sprayed carb choke cleaner around plug body. Let soak for 15 minutes. Then I slowly worked each plug loose and they all came out with no issues. Just go slow and work it until it gets easier.

These plugs made a world of difference. The old plugs were Autolight. Always use antisieze on the plugs threads. Run a couple tanks of fuel with seafoam, it takes off carbon & lets the plugs come out clean. Go the extra mile and replace ignition coils!!!!!!
