I've just used this vacuum twice, but it is working well. I like the adjustment for bare floors vs carpet and that I won't have to buy bags. The Instructions say to empty the dust cup after each use, which is a little inconvenient. It was very easy to assemble. I like have the pet brush and crevice tool attached to the vacuum.

Very disappointed in this vacuum. The cord is about 10 feet to short. I thought 27 ft. would be longer, but it isn't., my mistake. The dust cup is not as easy to clean out as shown especially if there is any hair in it - I have a pet so pet hair and my hair is long are always in the dust cup. To get the dirt & hair our, you need to open the top door for sure to grab the hair, I usually open both doors, which is ok, but should not be as necessary as it is for emptying the dust cup. . When you finish vacuuming and empty it for the final time, you will need to wash it inside and out as all the fine dust sticks to the inside and outside of the unit - I'm sure that is why it is all plastic, after washing it must dry, before placing back on the vacuum. The suction hose on the bottom, is continually coming off, so what it picks up - it throws back out until you notice more dirt behind you than you started with in front of you. This is most frustrating when using the bare floor setting. Speaking of bare floor setting - it will only pick up very fine or lightweight dust. I use in my kitchen to get the bread crumbs, spilled salt and some of the pet hair up when the hose stays on. Then I have to go back over the floor a second time, to pick up any small pieces of paper, or dirt that was too fine to be picked up the first time. The carpet setting works well however the dust cup seems to fill up rather quickly, so I feel it is smaller than my old vacuum. It is a good weight, and the swivel head works good. You cannot lower the handle and go straight under furniture. Straight back with the handle does not go very far and if you swivel it to go down, it goes in a natural curve - not straight.. The tools that came with it, stayed in place the first time or 2 I used it, but the more I use it the more they fall off. Yes, both of them come off. The lift off pod does lift off ok, but you cannot get too far from the handle. I took it off and put the crevasse tool on to clean between my chair cushion and the tool is very hard with no give, so I had to basically move the dirt to the tool instead of being able to maneuver the tool to the dirt - maybe it is the way my chair is made. It is not like I just got this and used it once. I have used it several times prior to writing this. These are my main reasons for being hugely disappointed in my purchase of this. No more online for something as important as a good vacuum. Send this on back to the drawing board !! Read full review
