NCStar Molle Utility Pack
This is an awesome molle pack. I use it as a trauma readiness pack. Holds Israeli type dressing(2x); NA Rescue tourniquets(2x); combat gauze; dry sterile dressint (2x); compressed gauze (2x) and a medic shears. Highly recommended for anyone serious about trauma readiness. Will be buying more in the future.

A perfect fit
For some time I have wanted to build an Active Shooter EDC IFAK similar to the military units but customized. This is the perfect case. First the price - excellent, the quality - excellent, size - perfect. The only improvement I would make is making the pull-away tab red. I added a velcro red cross with my blood type - worked perfectly. Buy one, you won't regret it.

This thing is great, use it for my vape gear for my builds on the road when I ride, and with the 30 L molle pack it attaches and is very easy to remove from pack with the velcro attachment. has pockets on both sides on the inside and a zippered mesh pocket that I use for the cotton and rags, It also has stitched webbing to hold all kinds of tools, atty's or just whatever. Really love this and am very satisfied with the product.

NCStar Ripaway EMT pouch, fantastic product.
Great product, has plenty (and I mean plenty) of pockets, elastic slots, etc for your medical supplies. It’s ripaway feature is extremely helpful, as well as it’s netting bag third fold. I have an absolute ton of room for my supplies that I didn’t have room for in my last pouch that I used for my comprehensive FAK, a Condor LMG box pouch that head everything contained in bags. The materials is a softer material than that of Condor, but all I found was good stitching, no frays, no tears. The pouch has multiple safety’s to prevent dumping, first being an attachment buckle, second being a Velcro strap that keeps the bag together and prevents accidental opening. The ripaway attachment and Velcro is not the toughest Velcro, in terms of stickiness. I’d say it’s just under that of a plate carrier cummerbund Velcro, but for what it’s used for it’s a perfect amount of stick. Metal D rings, I believe as they’re hard and loud, for connection via clips. Long adjustment strap for the buckle. I’m very happy with this product, worth more than 11$ but very happy with the price as well. I think this pouch can stand up to medium wear and tear. I think constant up and down and diving into dirt will tear the bag up, but moderate use (like for a backpack attachment as I use mine) will work great for it. I highly recommend this product.Read full review

Great but, larger pouch eo fit plenty of medical gear
Great pouch for my needs. I wanted a easy to use trauma bag for my car. This fits the bill, it holds chests seals, multiple combat and z fold gauze, gloves, tourniquet, shears and other needed equipment. As well as the small mess pouch makes a great boo boo kit for bandaids. A small ibuprofen bottle and other miscellaneous items not immediately needed. Also under the strap for closing this is a great place to keep a tourniquet immediately accessible. Well worth the money. I added the patches and the loop of orange 550 cord to aid it pulling the velcro tab with gloves so it's easy to grip and find in stressful conditions. I might buy another one for the shop

Excellent Quality for the price
I highly recommend this product. Plenty of storage for medical miscellaneous. I personally prefer the mesh pocket that can be zipped. There are plenty of elastic slots to secure your items. The only worry I have with this item is the stitching at the base of the pouch. This area should have been double stitch, since this is where you get a lot of pressure and resistance when you rip it off your rig. I have already noticed gaps where the stitching seam is. I'm afraid that this may result in fraying over time. Overall this product is good for the money.

Rip Away EMT Medic Bag/IFAK Pouch
High quality pouch. I can fit all of the essentials for a serious first aid kit in here. Stitching and zippers are good. Material is not cheap. I can fit small and large bandaids, a RATS tourniquet, a couple of ABD pads, a roll of sterile gauze, butterfly bandages, and Israeli bandage, 2 chest seals, waterproof tape, trauma shears, burn cream, some 3X4 gauze pads, antiseptic wash, a tube of Neosporin, tweezers, blade, Sharpie, and some painkillers.I would definitely recommend one of these.

NcStar VISM Tactical paks/bags
This will be the third product from NcStar Vism that I own. All of which are "tactical" paks/bags. I cannot emphasize enough the amazing value you get with this brand. Would not hesitate to buy more, in this product line, from them. This "first aid" pouch (which is what I used it for) is no exception. Seems to be made of the same construction as my Rifle Case and Tactical Backpack, all three of which I am 110% pleased with.
