If I am without this joint supplement for too long I feel it! Made the error of buying one with turmeric and it was not helpful for me so I wondered why. After being in pain for days I examined the ingredients and realized that one did not have Chondroitin MSM. Really helps ease sore knees.
It's not a cure for sore joints (knees in my case), but it definitely provides a greater level of comfort for me w/ daily use. It also allows me to do some activities (e.g. semi-sprinting, semi-strenuous hiking) I probably wouldn't be able to do otherwise, although there's still soreness afterwards. I will say that I only take 1/day instead of the recommended 2.
