need 5 star choice for recommend, value and quality too. quality is not to bad but the hinge is a problem. if you lift the top by its side, the hinge will come apart. so I put brackets of the ends of the hinge so this cant happen. the manufacturer could have done this also, at very little expense. otherwise it seems pretty water tight. tie downs are ok.
