Great at most, tough to get particular
Has most of the cheats you would expect for the 3DS console, but as far as specifics, it just lacks particular cheats. Examples: In Pokèmon: Alpha Sapphire, there aren't any codes to get any one particular pokemon in the wild, just a "1-30" box fill option for the pokemon up through 790 for the national dex. In Dragon Quest 8, the skill points cheat bugs out the system, requiring the backup from a prior save (the backup files being a HUGE plus with the Powersave system), and there aren't any item codes for the rarest and most valuable alchemy ingredients. That said, you can only use the cheat codes Powersaves gives you. You can't upload your own. Great product, does its job well and easily, just doesn't have ALL the features one would like.

Would Buy
The Action Replay works very well and is safe, I got it a few days earlier than expected which is nice. The build quality looks cheap but I ran a few tests dropping it from different heights on hard wood and carpeted flooring, it didn't break from a five foot drop. The cheating it self usually only takes a minute or two, I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes for it to finish installing cheats and such. This is a great thing for Pokemon since it takes out the need to hunt (which always takes forever) for your pocket monsters.

Works great and has tons of hacks
It's exactly the same as the one I had as a kid. I was a little worried by the packaging but it includes everything you need. The box was a little crushed but everything arrived safe and sound and functions as advertised. A great deal.
