Should probably change this filter out every year. Old filter had trapped a lot of particles although it still worked fine. No need to take your car to the Lexus dealer to change the cabin air filter. Takes less than 5 minutes; there are multiple videos on YouTube that show you how

This is not the same quality as the original filter that came with my RX350. My original filter is made of heavier material. There are plastic cords that connect the folds. This was a very durable filter. The filter I received is so thin that you can squeeze the folded material together like a bow. I have no idea how this is going to catch dirt and dust. I paid more for this product but received much less than OEM quality. Do NOT buy this filter.
