2003 F350 Resistor
This is a Motorcraft factory part that solved my problem of not having all of my fan speeds working. Word of warning that when these resistors go out, they may be corroded to the point where the plug gets damaged trying to remove it from the resistor. I would recommend ordering a plug as well so you dont have to stop halfway through your repair just to order the plug. You can buy those aftermarket for $8-$10

Can't beat OEM parts buy the pigtail as well cut the wires and wire it in alot easyer.
