Arrived quickly and works well but is fairly obviously refurbished. There are some cosmetic blemishes on the unit as well as a rather foul smell emits from the vacuum when in use. It smells a bit like a bacterial colony was allowed to grow rampant before cleaning. Wish it had been refurbished a bit better. Haven't had issues with buying refurbished before. Probably will only buy brand new now.

Only problem I have had has to do with installation of charging pad on a washer/dryer closet wall all attached is it does not hang straight down but at a slight angle. I have been unable to hang it between the dryer and wall (6 inches). I have to install high up closet wall to get it a few inches above dryer top. Glad I have a front loading dryer. It would work with “stick” and sweeper off but then I would have to find a place to store them. I anyone has a solution would love to hear from you.

We had a old big Dyson Ball Vacuum. It was heavy. But worked amazing. Never ever had a problem with it. When I saw these Stick vacuums I always told my wife they won’t work as well. I had to eat my words. It is super light and works about as well as the big dyson ball vacuum. I highly highly recommend it.
