I purchased the Titan curl bar for my garage gym setup. My selection was narrowed down to two choices, this one or the CAP for $17 dollars less. I went with the Titan and I am GLAD I did! The snap ring construction is smooth, there is easy rotation of the bar but not loose, the knurled grips are comfortable. You get what you pay for of course, but this bar gives you a lot for the money!

I needed a curl bar because my straight olympic bar stressed my wrists. I studied the different bars available and saw the cheaper ones with plastic end caps did not function seamlessly. This one is what I wanted. It's commercial gym quality without the aggravation caused by difficult weight changes or people at the gym tying up weights while discussing the efficacy of their workout they apparently do elsewhere.
