This is my second of these knives. It is one of the best box openers I have ever used. Sharp, well balanced and very affordable. Little doubt that it will cut through seat belts, ropes, and other restraints.

This is a professional tool, heavy duty and high quality. I've been using it for years and will buy it again when I have to. First responders, riggers, deck hands or anyone who needs to cut rope or seatbelts daily at work cannot find a better pocket knife. Period. At any price. I love this f-ing knife and it's so cheap that if you don't buy it your an idiot.

A fantastic utility knife!
This has been my daily carry knife for 3 years. It holds a great edge, works wonders in my garden, considering it's relatively small size, I call it my mini machete. Just sharpen it once in n a while and the serated edge will slice through branches much larger than one might believe!
