I've used Outlast Lip Color since it hit the market & I love it. I apply the color, let it dry, then apply topcoat and it is shiny & beautiful! I reapply topcoat when needed but the color stays on until I remove it or until I eat something greasy like fried chicken. I can kiss my grand kids and don't have to worry about leaving lips marks on them because it doesn't come off on them. I've got to have my lips done if I go out of the house, but I would never go back to regular lipstick that rubs off on everything!
