Product is old and code for it is not supported
Do not purchase this product for Arduino. Sainsmart has had a falling out with coders that write code for this product. I tried everything to get this product to work. The screen viewing worked but touch functionality was limited. This product also takes up too many pins on the Arduino board. Be warned, don't buy or you will be disappointed and have to pay for return shipping.
