This edition of Bake is amazing! It has so much to offer not only in traditional Italian baking but some very different takes as well. The first thing l want to make is the layered biscotti pictured on the cover. Everything looks pretty easy to make if you know how to bake. I was surprised at how many recipes l want to make out of it. What was a delightful surprise was the original tiramisu recipe that includes directions on making it egg safe! I have always wanted to make a good tiramisu but it’s hard to find for people with compromised immunity and here it is!! Not to mention how to make your own lady fingers! This edition includes even how to make your own almond paste!!! It all looks so easy as well. You will love it!
