Product arrived quickly and everything looks good. I have it installed on my bike, but haven't fully loaded it up yet. Arrived with a minor scratch on the black coating, but nothing to be worried about. If it's your first time installing a rack, be aware you may need to cut the support arms down to size once you get it fitted on. That's true of many rear racks.
I have two of these and love them both . Keeps my panniers back farther so I don't have heel strikes anymore. Great quality rack with stainless hardware.
I was advised by the manufacturer of my bike (All City Macho Man Disc) that this particular rack was ideal given the various issues with number and location of attachment points. It comes with the hardware necessary for installation. I've been using it for the past couple of weeks and it is quite sturdy. Overall, an excellent product for my needs.
Super easy to install or take off quickly after the fisrt setup on thr bike.
Very good quality. Thr rack is narrow and light. Compatible with all the bikes.
Quite possibly (other than day time safety lights and a camera) the best purchase I've made for my bike. Not only does this rack support my panniers (loaded to the gills) but, it's also useful for carrying odd shaped stuff.
It's extremely light weight, sturdy, and well made. You may be able to beat the cost by a few dollars but, you can't beat the service from Wheel and Sprocket.
