It was great at first then now all I hear is cracking popping noise . Volume goes out for like 5 seconds wether I’m watching tv or a movie. I replaced all the hdmi cables brand new ones. Still hear crackling volume still goes out for z5 seconds. I should’ve listened and not buy refurbished. Now I gotta get a new sound bar however I’m gonna buy brand new

The product failed in less than a month. The power light does not come on. It seems to be a problem with this model. It sounded wonderful until it died. Google shows several articles regarding the Visio MSdries 5.1.2 -h6 having problems with these units failing to power up. I've been through the diagnostic procedures and no luck at all getting it to turn on. Additionally the volume for Bluetooth input plays audio at an excessive volume compared to other inputs. I believe it would be easy to blow out the speakers owing to this manufacturing defect built into the Visio M Series 5.1.2-86 model. When I called Vizio they said this was a feature... Buyer beware!!! I'm very disappointed having used it for less than one month to go dead completely.

Louder and more bass than my last Vizio SB3851 soundbar. Smaller profile than last one. Surround speakers add more depth. I cannot comment on Atmos effect as I have not tried it. I do not have space for a home theatre with a receiver and wires everywhere and this is a nice trade off.
