Help for C-19 lower back pain?
Took this for crippling back pain (of all things) after C-19 seriously messed me up. Already had a bad back for 30+ years, but this was pain x10. Did some deep studying into the problem after seeing some YT video by chance by a doctor advertising one of these proteolytic enzymes and settled on the Doctor's Best because it's actually reasonably priced compared to another heavily advertised proteolytic exzyme brand that's rediculously expensive if you're poor and need to take it every month. I'm really amazed by the results, nothing short of miraculous! I spent all last fall, the winter and spring and a good part of summer on the couch, dreading having to get up to go to the bathroom or cook something to eat. Now, after about a month on it, I'm up and around. Feel better in other ways too. And no, I'm not getting paid by the company, lol. Only drawback is now that my nutrients are more bioavailable, I need to cut back on the snacking. It enables the nutrients that your body would just pass through to do what they weren't before. If C-19 got into your lower back and you're in agony, and desperate for options, I can't recommend this highly enough! What I've found is I have to get up about 3-4am and take them with a glass of water and then go back to sleep for another 2-3 hours so the enzymes have a chance to work on an empty stomach and get to your small intestines where they get things done.
