Item arrived a few days late but trucking firm was good communicator. Unpacking went well. Owners Manual seemed well-written but the sequence of steps was confusing. Handles, once attached (easy,) are flimsy and I predict they will fail at some point, as their connection to frame has already bent a few times. Generator itself is really well designed. Started up great, There are some nice features which are not advertised, such as the multi-meter, battery switch, included selection of plugs up to 50A, and choke lever (not in the book either.) Maintenance section is well written and makes sense, as I keep my equipment up to par. My last generator, Honda es6500, is 22 years old and runs/looks like new - -it is just too small (Wattage output) to keep up with current household demands. I have not really tested this new generator under load over several hours, but I believe that given the power output specs I should be in good shape. I will revise this review once I have solid opportunity to run the generator under load for a period of several hours/days. I would rate this 5 stars if the handles were better, book was not confusing and I had positive under-load experience.Read full review

This is one of the nicest generators I’ve seen. The price is perfect. It’s very easy to set up, the instructions were very easy to follow. The dual fuel is an awesome addition. I hooked to a propane bottle and pushed the start button and it fired right up. One nice thing is you don’t have to worry about the choke it’s automatic! I highly recommend this machine to anyone for back feeder you home during a power outage. It runs everything in mine including a well pump, AC/heat pump and a septic system. This gen is low noise, it was easy set up, under 100 lbs so can move around as needed. Read and follow set up instructions!! It can handle power tools, fridge, 30 amps of 110 good power I really like the economy mode it's low rpm and quieter. electric start works great, super good price clean power, electronics did'nt mind,,, just got me through 2 days no power, we'll see how long it lasts,....

Great generator, will be used for powering a whole house. Some issues putting it together, mainly having to get some long metric sockets. Also, there was no indication on the install guide that the negative wire was not attached and there was no indications of where the negative was located. a small tag would be helpful. No funnel in package as advertised..
