This 0000 super fine steel wool is good for many uses. It will shine metal without leaving visible scratch marks. It will take the burrs off refinished wood, getting it ready for the final coat or waxing. I use this brand all the time. Of course, if you have need of it, they make it in every thing from extra coarse to this very fine. Good, honest product, not a lot to brag about, but it does what it is made to do. I bought this 0000 fine off Ebay because it's hard to find in hardware stores and the like, they normally carry only the coarser varieties and little of the 0000 super fine, and it sells out fast. You can buy the same thing at some stores, but you will pay just about the same price.
