A co-worker and friend recommended this Mop. I was very new to automatic mop steamers so she let me borrow hers and it was AWESOME. It's very lite, swivels very easily, practical settings and self explanatory. When it arrived it was easy to assemble and ready to go. The more you swivel while mopping the more steam it creates. My floors feel nice and clean. Now do not expect the mop to get deep stains. Make sure you sweep up really well and the rest will be done by the mop.

Bought this to replace an identical unit that died after a little over a year.....steam pump just stopped working. WHEN IT WORKS, we love it and this is actually the third unit we have owned now..... hope this one lasts longer...but got the extended warranty. We got the other two from different vendors, so not a vendor rap! Shark has released newer/"improved" units but we do not like them as well as this one, plus we have spare pads etc that fit. Use distilled water not tap and it will not clog, but it seems the engine just gives out prematurely.....but at this price NEW.....we decided to give another try..... it does a fabulous job on our tile floors!
