It is used but not a refurbished laptop with potential unknown defects. There are some cosmetic scotches on the case but all functions work as intended. This laptop had been operating under Win 10 and Ubuntu 22.04 OS without issues. The intel i7-5600U CPU is powerful enough to complete most tasks. And the touchscreen is a huge bonus to operate it like a tablet. Battery and power supply are included. Win 10 pro is installed prior. I can install Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 per requested.
