This is a great EDC knife. The fit and finish are superb!! However I wish Benchmade would offer a factory de-assisted version. For a person with somewhat arthritic hands the assisted version can be hard to operate and of course is more difficult to close one handed. This is the reason for the 4 star rating. I also wish Benchmade would consider offering a version of their knives with the very serviceable, but more inexpensive steel such as 440C, Japanese AUS-8 or even Chinese 8 or 9Cr13Mov inorder to keep their knives a bit more affordable. In closing I would recommend both this knife or the Mini Griptilian. If you have larger hands the Mini Barrage has a slightly longer handle.
