B12 packets from NOW, can't live without it.
As a person with mast cell disease, my immune system sometimes considers food as an enemy. This causes reactions within the body that affect all my systems. B12 helps to stop this from happening. The NOW brand of b12 packets has been the most effective. It is so vital that my wife reminds me to buy some when I am running low because of how bad my symptoms become when I do not have it.
