Nice box and performs well, I use it for KODI and Netflix/Streaming. My only complaint is the it came loaded with KODI Isengard, which was easy enough to fix, just deleted it and installed KODI Jarvis (16.1) Picks up WiFi well and looks nice

Overall a very fast Android TV box with eye popping specs but there is one major flaw. Performance wise this box is quick, processor, graphics and ram are great. It has connections for USB, Ethernet, micro SD card, HDMI (mini), external antennae and a pretty nice case. The several major flaws that I can't for the life of me understand is the internal storage is limited to under 2 GB. That's right. It has 16 GB of NAND storage but actual storage of APPS is limited to under 2 GBs. Another is that the system is not rooted. In my opinion, the limited storage alone puts what would normally be rated an outstanding unit and cripples it to the point that I would not recommend this box to anyone. Putting KODI and addons on this box pretty much uses all available space and you constantly get low storage warnings. Manufacturer should be ashamed of themselves for crippling this unit - kinda like taking a Porshe and giving it a gas tank that only holds one gallon of gas.Read full review

The HDMI connector on these ports is faulty; at first I thought it might be the cable, switched the cable and the problem remained. You'll notice you have to move the cable and/or box to be able to get a signal sometimes. That's how it all started for me, and it was pretty much that way since day one. Soon after, the HDMI port completely stopped sending a signal to the TV. Damn shame, as everything else on the box works flawlessly.

Works great love it, I order a keyboard and mouse combo and it is a beast. Kodi is working great and almost no buffering on live TV and recorded show. I would recommend this android box to anyone who has the plan to run kodi to get this box. Great box Get one Get one. Great price for the buck$$$

There is no microphone jack and this item does not support any USB microphone either. There is no system settings for microphone. Any application which requires mic like skype, whatsapp, messenger, viber, audio recorder etc. won't work with this item. There is no option to upgrade the software, no there is manufacture help desk/website for support. I was not able to do video conference with the same camera with which I used to do on cheaper android device No response from seller.
