Everything was very well packaged and there were no damaged parts. The material itself seems sturdy and the instructions were easy to follow. Building it took about 30 minutes and the birds seem to enjoy it! The cage might be too big if you have small birds like parakeets (unless you have more than 3) but for any large breed it is perfect. Also, you can't beat the amazing price, free shipping, and free returns if anything were to happen!

Cheaply made does accommodate space for bids easy to put together as long as pieces are properly threaded and not bent I have two of these for conures good space and birds love the play top ....first cage arrived no problem second was bought months after and missing screws and pieces are bent the wrong way for assembly luckily I’m good with my hands and have common sense and tools to work with to straighten out what was wrong

Ordered this cage for my 11yo daughter that saved up her own money. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised about the sturdy packaging. However, that was short lived. 3 of 4 Seed skirt pieces were dented. Two of the three bars that are supposed to hold the bowls in were bent. One of the solid trays. Two of the guides to hold the sides on. Which the bars on this cage are a joke. Our $15 travel parakeet cage is better quality. Latch is push button to unlock and it goes very quickly and hard. Be careful if u have a bird that puts it beak there when u open it's cage. It came with no instructions so my daughter was disappointed she needed help to assemble it. Baggie with the nuts, screws, etc was torn in the center and everything was loose in the box. Did not apear to be new at all. We have a couple black plastic pieces left over. No idea what they are for. Other than those things it is a cute cage for a smaller bird. Read full review

Great design but just two issues the manual is hard to understand since it not very detailed it took me under a hour to put it together so not to bad & the side walls are a bit bendable a bird could easily get there head stuck in between but I’m sure it’s very rare for something like that to happen but over all pretty good products to get.(White umbrella cockatoo)

It fit our needs perfectly. Good quality product. The cup access and door latches are good and secure. The metal is well coated for rust protection. The skirt keeps the mess in without taking up alot of extra floor space. I give a 4 star only because It could have been packed a bit better, there was a slight bend in 1 or 2 of the metal pieces, we were fortunate it did not compromise the integrity, and could be bent back. Also I think the ladder on the upper play ground would be better with thicker rungs.
